Co-Founder and CEO

Volter Dalzon is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of AZ Billing. He is committed to providing his services to the entire home healthcare industry, using his extensive institutional knowledge to provide top-line services at reasonable, competitive rates. Volter provides more than ten years of expertise in the home healthcare field. Due to a specialized background in “IT & Software Development” and deep knowledge of billing systems, he identified one of the most essential demands in the specialized billing industry. He launched AZ Billing, a one-stop shop for billing outsourcing, forensic accounting, and staff training, after almost a decade of constant billing returns of over 99%. Volter has ensured that his clients are paid correctly and on time. His hobbies includes running, golfing and traveling. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
Irisi Dulo

Irisi Dulo

CO-Founder and COO

Irisi Dulo is our CO-Founder and COO. Her academic background includes a BSc degree in Security and Investigations at the University of Bologna and an MSc degree in Criminal Justice at Long Island University. She is one of the most in-demand compliance officers in the Tri-State area. With her professional expertise as a Chief Compliance Officer at “Mrs. G Services” and her membership on the board of the Home Care Providers Association, she has established herself as a crucial part of AZ Billing. Iris has dedicated a lot of time and effort advocating for LHCSAS and FLS, fighting for higher rates, transparency, and stronger legislative support in the industry. In her free time Iris love to travel, read books and hanging out with her family and friends. 

Juliana Gishto

Juliana Gishto has a BSc degree in “Political Science and International Relations” and holds the title “Master of Science in “Security Issues”. She also has a long work experience in the Marketing field. She found a passion for finance while working for Home Health Care Agencies. Juliana chose to dedicate her full time and attention to Medical Billing. Now she is a crucial part of AZ Billing as our company Administrator, Supervisor and our Staff Trainer. In her free time Juliana enjoys art museums, reading books and traveling.

Aida Bushi is one of our Billing Managers. With her academic background in “Security Affairs and International Relations” and her extensive knowledge in cybersecurity, she has proven to be an asset in the medical billing department and revenue cycle management. Aida’s hobbies include reading books, blogging, traveling, and learning new cultures. She also loves animals.

Anxhela Spahiu has an Economics-focused academic background in Economical Science. She has been part of an internship program at one of the biggest banks is Albania, such as Raiffeisen Bank. With her excellent qualities in business management’s relationships and her great ability to adapt  with her colleagues, she is a great asset to AZ Billing. Her hobbies are traveling and discovering new cities and spending time with loved ones.

He graduated in Computer Engineering in 2014 and has provided his services at different companies using multiple types of system environments. Marketing Director

Olga is a Digital Marketer who holds a bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking and Screenwriting. She is a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with rich marketing experience in different areas such as Human Rights, Property Management, Psychology, and Medical Billing.

She wears many hats, making her a creative strategist with deep knowledge of devising innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the organization’s overarching marketing strategy and developing annual marketing plans.

Sindi Gjermeni has a BSc degree in “Biotechnology” and an MSc degree in “Molecular and Industrial Biotechnology”. With almost two years of experience in customer relations as a data entry specialist and as a customer service representative, she has decided to join the AZ billing team for a promising experience as a coordinator.
Her personal hobbies are reading, traveling, and community volunteering.

Having collaborated with major American Translation Companies, Eraldi is recognized for providing precise medical interpretation in accordance with HIPAA standards. Their extensive tenure in the medical field has cultivated a strong instinct for the nuances of Medical Billing, ensuring the achievement of intended objectives.

Eraldi’s diverse portfolio includes Interpretation services for HOME OFFICE and various UK government bodies dealing with asylum seekers worldwide.

Adelina has a lot of hobbies such as: Listening to music, walking in nature, and painting. While painting, she always like to drink a glass of wine and listen to classical music.

Charlie is an experienced sales representative which has previously worked in the Tech Marketing Division at Amscan. Managing a significantly larger customer base comprising around 700 accounts, predominantly Amazon resellers, I achieved impressive results with an average growth rate of 50 percent among my accounts. He’s now part of the AZBiliing team as our Sales Manager.

Irisi Dulo’s first passion was the law.

 

At the University of Bologna, she studied Security and Investigations before coming to the United States in 2012 to pursue her Master’s in Criminal Justice at Long Island University.

 

Her procedural knowledge fit perfectly with home care, where she quickly rose to become one of the most in-demand compliance officers in the Tri-State Area.

 

In addition to her previous position as Chief Compliance Officer at Mrs. G’s Services, she is a board member of the Home Care Providers Association.
